Window of room was internal so light from common area comes into room when trying to sleep. Needs a blackout blind.

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. We have been to this hotel at least 3 times in the past and always have a problem with the hot water. We always have to call. This morning my husband had a cold shower I call about the water and they said it would be fixed. Had. Real fast and had a shower with only about 2 min of hot water after running it a while to get hot water. Other than that the staff is ok wanted to over charge us for taxi fare.

Wonderful stay

Easy check in that was very late. Staff very helpful with directions to places around town. Last of four nights the toilet stopped working and they will changed us to another room. Would highly recommend. Great location, easy access to old Town. Beautiful view of panecillo

Only thing was they seemed a bit upset that we had booked a tour with a company ahead of arrival instead of booking through them.

Pleasant stay

I liked the location and the convience to access public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The noise. From my room, I could hear all the conversations in the next room and in the open area.

The staff are extremely helpful and on the ball.

The staff are extremely helpful and on the ball. Breakfast was a good selection of continental style foods and the view from the breakfast room is beautiful. The rooms are clean and wifi signal is generally pretty good. This was my second stay here and when I return to Quito I will definitely come back!

We were 5 people spread out over two rooms. My only issue was the room I was in (2 pax) had only enough amenities for 1 person (toilet paper, towels etc) so I had to keep going back to ask for more - which they provided straight away with no issue. Wifi was a bit of a hit or miss in this room at times.

NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARE FOR REPEAT CLIENTS OR RECOMMENDATION

If location is the only thing that matters to you then its all good. The check in staff was OK. The check out, HORRIBLE. We asked if we could have a late checkout by one hour and was told it would cost us more than what we paid for the one night and the cost was per person, so it wasn't for the room but for both of us which of course we did not do. There is NO concept of customer service and having repeat clients or recommendations

Beauty & clean!

Beautiful and great location, right by the old town center! Excellent breakfast and a great view since it was at an enclosed terrace!

The water smelled rotten & the toilet didn’t flush! So while we slept we had to keep the bathroom door closed so we didn’t have to smell the rotten smell!

This was a perfect place to stay if you are exploring old town.

The architecture was great as it was created with courtyards. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring old town.

The rooms were slightly warm and there was no fans for air circulation.

My review of Hotel Boutique at Plaza sucre in a word - excellent!

The staff was truly excellent in every regard. The location of the hotel in Old Town Quito is excellent. It could not be more convenient. And the amenities for the hotel we're first-class all across the board. This is the best value-for-money I have encountered in a hotel in a foreign country.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from time to time. That was the only problem I encountered.

The hotel was centrally located to most of the sites in the old city. The staff were very helpful. The old world feel of the place was comfortable if not a little quirky.

The first morning breakfast was cleared away well before 10 am so no eggs.
